My name is Adam I am 14 years old & currently attending my first year of high school. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis six years ago and have been in remission since 2010 while undergoing regular Remicade treatment. Since my diagnosis, my family & I have dedicated our efforts to raise funds for CCFC, in order to find a cure. Over the past 6 years, I have raised close to $30,000 for the annual Walk.

My name is Andrea, I was originally diagnosed with mild ulcerative proctitis while completing my university degree. However, when my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2007, my ulcerative proctitis became full-blown ulcerative colitis. In the ensuing years, I had my colon removed, underwent three surgeries, lived with two ostomies and now have an internal pouch known as a J-Pouch. My extracurricular time is largely dedicated to volunteering with the CCFC. Please join me on June 10th and help find a cure for IBD.
